Established in 2023 initially as a solar trading company Prometheus has grown into a trusted provider for solar installation services, primarily for manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and cold storage facilities.

SANTINO PALACIOS
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Born and raised in Metro Manila, Santino Palacios is a dynamic entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Prometheus Energy Solutions Corp. Santino began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at Iridium Holdings Asia, where he focused on strategic investments across energy, ports, and land acquisitions throughout the Philippines and the ASEAN region. Driven by a vision to accelerate the transition to renewable energy in the Philippines, Santino launched Prometheus Energy Solutions Corp. A company dedicated to delivering high-efficiency solar installations and sustainable power systems for commercial and industrial clients. Beyond his role in energy, Santino is a seasoned entrepreneur with ventures spanning e-commerce and manufacturing.

SERGE SEBASTIAN
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Sergerard "Serge" Sebastian originally pursued a career towards medical sciences working for internationally recognized organizations such as KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, Westmead Institute for Medical Research and Cancer Australia. His ability in public health has helped shape strategic solutions to complex health challenges, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2022, Serge expanded his impact by founding Belfield Construction in the Philippines, a company that reflects his evolving passion for infrastructure and sustainable development. In 2023, he joined the Prometheus Energy Solutions as partner and the firm’s Chief Operations Officer where he leads the company’s emerging solar engineering and its robust operations nationwide.

Prior to joining Prometheus as one of its founding partners, Alfonso Ramirez de Arellano built a strong foundation in operations and marketing through roles at McDonald’s and Unilever. Now serving as Chief Marketing Officer, he is the visionary behind Prometheus’ brand of excellence and quality solar solutions. His leadership in brand development and strategic positioning has been instrumental in establishing Prometheus as a key player in the Philippine renewable energy sector. Driven by legacy and moving with purpose, Alfonso is dedicated to creating lasting impact through both business and community-building efforts.
